VALUE ADDED OPPORTUNITIES
There are opportunities to gain greater exposure! Choose one or participate in ALL!
Sponsorships/Recognition
Benefit from maximum recognition by sponsoring CHIA convention events and activities. Any vendor who sponsors/hosts any part of an event will receive recognition in the State Convention & Exhibit program and on site while the event is occuring. Special ribbons for booth personnel will be provided acknowledging you as a sponsor. At convention time and after, acknowledgement of sponsors will be featured in the CHIA Journal and on this ever popular CHIA Web site. In addition, all Exhibitors host the Exhibitor-Sponsored Luncheon which encourages informal networking between Exhibitors and registrants. This lunch is complimentary to all registrants and Exhibitors. Any Exhibitor prizes may be awarded at this function. CLICK HERE to get the Sponsorship Opportunities page.
In 2005 CHIA created the Sponsorship Recognition Categories that would recognize the degree of participation by the various sponsors of the CHIA State Convention & Exhibit. To get details as to how you can position your company as a leader in the field, and get the visibility no advertising dollar can buy, please Click Here.
Convention Advertisement
A great opportunity to advertise your company and encourage visitors to your booth! Place an advertisement in the convention on-site program. The Advertising Reservation Form, ad specifications, deadlines, etc. can be obtained by Clicking Here
One-on-one Demonstrations
Four complimentary Exhibit Guest Passes for non-registrants to visit your booth will be issued upon request, prior to the convention to any Exhibitor (Contact Debi Goehring, Exhibit@CaliforniaHIA.org). Additionally, Exhibit Passes will be issued to all Exhibitors on-site to enable you to make appointments with convention attendees to visit your booth at special hours. This is your opportunity to spend focused time with potential clients, the convention attendee or a non-registrant of your choosing.
Leads
CHIA will furnish a computer list of registrants with addresses for each vendor at the State Convention & Exhibit post contention. Prior to the State Convention & Exhibit, a mailing list of registrants may be obtained for the personal invite to your booth! See the Advertising Reservation Form to order.
Silent Auction
A traditional favorite of convention attendees! The auction supports the Foundation for Active Members Education (FAME) and the Faye Brown Scholarship Fund in CHIA. This adds excitement to convention activities. You can join our Component Local Associations, CHIA Board of Directors and Executive Office by donating a product, service, or gift to the auction. You can even bid on the items offered! In exchange, you’ll gain added exposure; registrants peruse the auction offerings on site. To make a donation, contact Helen Bedolla, at CHIA at 559-251-5038 or e-mail Donate@CaliforniaHIA.org. Donation reservations that are received by June 1, 2008, will be posted to the CHIA Silent Auction page on this Web site, noting the donor/sponsor'sname, description of item and estimated value. Click Here to get your 2008 CHIA Silent Auction Reservation Form.
Continuing Education UnitsFor each booth space your company purchases, one employee may attend the educational portion of the convention at one-half the appropriate registration fee.
Sponsor Student Scholarships
Each year CHIA is able to award scholarships to deserving CHIA students. Introducing a scholarship is another way to earn priority points. Scholarships will be announced during the convention activities, providing recognition to your company and acknowledged on the CHIA Web site. Reference Sponsorship Sponsorship/Recognition above.
CHIA Partners
Attendees can participate in product demonstrations; talk with industry leaders; make valuable contacts; zero-in on a preferred vendor. The Exhibits are a valuable source to find just the right vendor for the products and services needed to meet today’s health information challenges. The attendee can set aside time to visit the Exhibits and come away with solutions from the very best resources in health information management.
