Oversee the appeals department including building the appeals management processes and hiring an appeals team. Position includes supervision of appeals management and data entry teams; coordinating with billing vendor to ensure integration of claims data with the appeals management processes.

Qualifications:
Licensure as an RN or other licensed mental health professional preferred or BS/BA in business administration, health information management, or equivalent experience; experience with appeals management for managed care and/or Medicare; some understanding of medical billing and HIPPA requirements pertaining to revenue cycle management; minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
