The Coding Roundtable Coordinator is a resource member of the Coding and Data Quality Committee and serves as liaison to the AHIMA and promotes the Component Local Associations (CLAs) regional coding roundtables within CHIA.

The Coding Roundtables are a forum for grassroots coders to come together to learn, share, and network on issues related to coding and data quality. The Roundtables serve as a forum for coders to address problematic, and/or unresolved coding issues within their state. Roundtable Coordinators are responsible for organizing meetings in their region or state.

The Coding Roundtable fields questions from the membership via e-mail: Codingque@californiaHIA.org and maintains a database of questions and answers received from the CLA.
