These CHIA audio seminar offerings will give you reliable, expert and timely information.
What you need to know
Register for an Audio Seminar, dial in on a speakerphone and any number of people may listen for one low price. Your organization doesn’t have to pay travel costs or lose more than 90 minutes of each staff member’s valuable working time! Registration includes access to the audio seminar for as many colleagues as you can fit in a room using a speakerphone, or you can do privately on a regular line phone. Two CEUS are awarded for each live audio seminar attended.
Continuing Education Units
The program(s) will be approved for two Continuing Education Units for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Provider number 05474 for two Contact Hours.
Live Audio Seminars will last 90 minutes, beginning at 11:00 a.m. PST.
To sign up online click on the title(s) listed below. (There you will find an option to print out a pdf file that has registration form included; you may complete and fax or mail in.) Deadline for registration is two business days prior to the live audio seminar date listed.
Although registrations may be accepted after deadline date, if full payment is received, access to the seminar is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Confirmation, Dial-in Instructions and Presentation Handouts
A confirmation will be sent that will include the dial-in instructions, the unique dial-in ID Participant Code that may be used on a single phone line.
Presentation handouts will be provided in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation so that you may download and printout the handouts prior to the event taking place. It is recommended that you do so well in advance of the seminar date/time.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, notice is required at least five days prior to the audio seminar. With proper notice, fees are refunded minus a $25 service fee. No refunds are given for cancellations received with fewer than five days notice. CHIA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the audio seminar due to unforeseen circumstances.
Evaluation and Certificate of Completion
An e-mail will be sent after seminar has ended to the person registered, providing you with a link to complete an evaluation for CHIA* and to get your Certificate of Completion.
* Those seeking BRN credits must complete this form and submit to CHIA.
